Depends on where the camera is. If it's only in her bedroom and has indicated that area as off limits in the house rules, then yeah he would be fucked. If she has cameras in other areas of the house, that would be a liability issue on her as she would then be the "creeper" and he could sue for invasion of privacy etc.
On a side note, I would have chosen the most used pair in that collection. The 3 heels the topic starter chose all seem practically brand new. But to each his own I guess.
