I think best will be if you sit down with him and explain him that you know about it and it's natural to have fetishes however it would be better to leave your shoes alone, he can try some place else, he will get chances. Not a good idea to do it with family members shoes. Not sure how old he is and if he has a gf, however he will get opportunities. Also I wouldn't suggest that you encourage him, try to talk in such a manner that he should try to control it as far as family member shoes are concerned. HTH
