It depends on how much you want to pay and in what country you are.
Try typing in 'Bargain Louboutin Heels' and see where that takes you, there are many China based companies that churn out replica high end shoes. One that I looked at was 'Onlymaker' found on Amazon, if you go on to their site then you can custom design the shoes.
