Follow the laws of pornography and youll be fine. So no kids and if you post or share images or videos of sexual acts between two or more persons all parties involved must be consenting. If youre just cumming a pair of shoes and posting pics youre fine.
Hey girl, lemme nut those chucks.

When it comes to cumming, pissing, shitting, someone's shoes without there content I would not be surprised if it is illegal in some way. When it comes to data privacy laws they are designed to protect you. Right now as it stands anything you share with a third party. So anything you share on here or any site(pornographic or not) is no longer considered private ( so any governmental body doesn't need a search warrant to go through). But in the end if you are uncomfortable with the things you post then don't. IMO this site and sites like it are to share things you enjoy and if sharing them makes you stressed or scared then you won't get enjoyment out of them
Hey girl, lemme nut those chucks.

You are not exposing anyone, or messing with kids... so, chill out.
The problem is when you leave traces. I saw a post once a lad was condemned because he came in a water bottle and had his female co-worker drinking it... surely she'd feel a strange taste and had the water examined.
The same happens to people who are careless. People who shag shoes at porches and leave them to dry. That's like leaving bread crumbs to turn you in.
It is not a felony at all, but sure it is quite embarrassing. We must leave no traces, and women never dream what we do to their shoes unless you have a girl you can trust.
And yes, that legal stuff opens a wide discussion: girls nowadays are wearing hot shoes and boots earlier and earlier - that means you will at least once a year hit a underage pair of hot shoes. As long as you don't touch the owner, you are good to go.
Play safe, mate!

Laws vary from place to place. I'm fairly certain there's no specific law regarding performing sexual acts with footwear. But if you get caught, you're likely to get busted for breaking other laws like theft, vandalism, trespassing, etc.
