I voted 44. Shoes where I can get my cock and balls all the way inside when I'm hard are a turn-on for me. So backless shoes/slippers also fall into this category. I'm not huge but not small either. LOL

Size 10 or 11 US are great. That said, I am more concerned about the shoe type (Uggs/soft boots/slippers) and opportunity than size.

I voted for 41 which is a 9.5 US I think. The reason being that its my size. I love wearing pretty shoes as well as playing with them especially when they belong to someone else. I can fit into anything over an 8.5, smaller if its a sandal or backless. My sister is a 7.5 and I have worn and used many of hers. I'm OK with any shoe size though. I just love them all so much.

It depends on how endowed you are as to the best size shoe. It also depends on the type of shoe. I've tried heels that were stilettos, and it's hard to fit way up inside the toe box. I've tried shoes where the heels were 3", and i fit better.
