Need help finding these

Does anyone know where I can get these? I was looking through this forum last night and saw them and immediately needed them. I need at least a size 10 with a size 11 being the best (I'm a tall girl :P). I figured this would be the place to ask if someone could find them. Thanks

Me too! I haven't had any luck in finding them though... I guess they are really old or something :(
