Black leather platform over the knee boots

I have a pair of black leather platform otk's the brand is NaNa, I guess they are from Milan, Italy. 1/2" platform, inside zip, elastic bands at the back, in excellent condition. Selling because I bought them for my wife but they don't fit her, the listing i bought them from said they were a womens US 9, but the bottom of the boots says 39.

Im asking $60 for them and can only ship within the US
