Models usually expect to get paid. Doesn't mean none of them are "up for it" though. To find one who is I guess its like any interview process. Ask them.

Hi guys locals and for those further afield.
Would be interested to know your thoughts, I have met a couple of ladies who might, and i say might, be happy to do a few shots for me and this site, and would be interested to know what you would like to see, they are a bit shy at the moment, and need some encouragement. I know there is a distinct lack of ladies in this area who are interested and/or willing to take part in our area of fun.
The girls quite fancy selling pictures of themselves, and may consider parting with some of their clothes used in the photos, (as they say, for the right price) so would anyone be interested, give the girls some encouragement, and some incentives and who knows what we can produce!!!!
