Need help finding a clip

Hey there fellow members!
I am relatively new to this forum, so please forgive me if my post is inappropriate in any way.

I am unable to find any information about this gif, I even tried image search without any success. It just redirects me to other sites. I would greatly appreciate any help in finding the clip, or the name of the studio.
