For her to finish you twice you are going to have to balance getting enough stimulation and not getting too numb. The first time around you might have her get you to blow by lightly stepping on you with her heels. The second time she should take her heels off and finish you with just her nylon feet. It takes a lot of work and some skill to blow twice. Keep at it and you will be successful.
