I have a pair of sexy size 8 black knee high high jeeled boots i want to post but its not leting me post it even wene i zoom out really far and zoom in really close jow do i fix this problem?

The size of the picrure should be under 1000kb. Otherwise is to big.

What i do is go into my paint program on my computer and resize with the pixel option down to the 600 pixels and it works just fine for me, its been awhile since i posted pics on here.
